Sun, sea, Plage Préférée!
Radio 2 scoured the entire coastline again with interesting guests and summer tunes. We hooked up an Eneco Clean Beach Cup-caravan to Kim Debrie’s car and, every Friday, parked it in a new seaside town. From 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. it was time to clean up with mini Eneco Clean Beach Cups. Countless red buckets full of debris later, we could leave the beach with a clear conscience. In total, we fished up 86 kg of litter from the dunes. Neat!
The sun wasn’t always present, but at least 300 volunteers were. Among them some people you might have heard of, like Sergio Herman, or the guys from Bazart. Apart from being cuisine and musical talents, they also appeared to be cleaners that look good in a red Eneco jacket. Thank you, everybody!
This proved to be a nice warm-up for the real deal, the Eneco Clean Beach Cup 2020. The word is out: Sunday, March 22nd, is the day! Mark your calendars! You’ll be there, won’t you?
