NEWSFLASH! Yesterday evening Fast Forward won several awards at the Benelux Event Awards, or the BEAs in short. Better still, Fast Forward is the only event agency to win three “Event Oscars”. Here is the roll of honour: the VTM Familie picknick and Expedition Carglass were good for bronze, the silver went to Maes Unscene.
With 6 BEA awards in the space of two years Fast Forward has proven itself to be one of the most creative event agencies in Belgium. We thank our customers for their trust and our suppliers for the collaboration.
A music event with a top secret line-up at an equally mysterious location to which a blindfolded audience is taken in 73 coaches? You can't imagine any crazier or Fast Forward is doing it. Over a hectic three month period, FFWD, in close co-operation with TBWA and the Maes marketing people came up with "Maes Unscene", an ultra-ambitious marketing stunt that was extensively covered in the media and for which tickets were up for grabs. Unheard of? Without a doubt. Unforgettable? Absolutely.
VTM soap Familie celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2011 and this deserved a party. That is why the Vlaamse Mediamaatschappij joined forces with Cock’s Fresh (producers of fine processed meats) for a huge birthday picnic in 4 different areas, including signing sessions with the cast and a huge amount of food stalls. Recreation Park De Ster in Sint-Niklaas was the perfect backdrop for this family event, which in spite of the typical Belgian summer weather, attracted about 16,000 visitors. An appetising concept, realised by Fast Forward and VMMa Events.
In May 2011, for one day, Fast Forward converted the provincial domain of Puyenbroeck into an adventurous Expedition Robinson site for the Carglass Family day. A high rope course, a death ride, building rafts, lifesize waterballs,… the inner adventurer in the Carglass employee had a great day. The finale of this next level staff party was a show hosted by Martine Prenen and a delectable barbecue.
