The Grimbergen phoenix saw that it was good. The first day was for the press, the second day for customers. But both days had a busy program, starting with - what else - a beer tasting in the presence of the monks. The delicious taste of Grimbergen made people want to continue the journey of the phoenix in the abbey, the church and the micro-brewery. Then a world first: the unveiling of the brand-new Grimbergen glasses and branding. All the senses were stimulated in a 360° dome experience. Grimbergen is not just for drinking, the beer was also processed in the menu, and people loved it. Singing waiters brought the dishes to the tables, while the guests enjoyed performances by LED artists in the meantime.
