Extractor fans, cooking rings, dishwashers,... Kortrijk-based company Novy is the reference in kitchen appliances and with its approximately 150 employees and more than one hundred year history it is the classic example of a successful Belgian business.

And because good managers want their staff to share in the success, the 7th of July 2013 was marked on the calendar by Fast Forward as Novy’s first Family Day. It all took place at Transfo Zwevegem, an amazing piece of industrial heritage. The staff and their family enjoyed themselves all afternoon on/in/with air guns, giant inflatable cushions and balls, death rides, rope ladders,... The conclusion of this great day was a delicious barbecue.
