“EY, your dream career begins here”. Fast Forward needed to convince some gifted senior year students of that fact. How can you profile yourself as an attractive and prominent employer? The terms ‘dynamic’, ’interactive’ and ‘surprising’ were the keywords for a well thought-out ExplorEY event, spread out over four cities.

We literally linked the five service lines of the international company EY to five mystery boxes. The boxes were lit up one by one by alternating yellow spotlights and from behind the black curtains company employees appeared, offering some explanation on the matching pillar.

Next up were the young potentials. They were offered the opportunity to check off their talents with the company’s pillars, during five daring challenges where teamwork, knowhow, innovation, diversity and empowerment were featured. How do we build a high tower out of hoops, together as a group? How do we guide our team across a minefield? Thanks to the different challenges, the students engaged with each other and with EY. The inspiring day was completed by a delicious dinner, a surprise performance by a live band and some quality time to network.
