CM Ghent celebrated twice. Director Paul De Bruyckere celebrated the end of his career after 40 years of loyal service, and was honoured during an intimate retirement celebration. A few days later the rest of the CM team picnicked in their backyard. Fast Forward took care of the entertainment on those two occasions.

40 years of loyal service and then retirement. Reason enough to put CM director Paul De Bruckere in the spotlights. Fast Forward organised an intimate party at De Krook in Ghent, for 135 friends, colleagues and Paul's family. The ceremony was dedicated to Paul and his passions, it included videos of people he knows well, a musical intermezzo and a keynote speaker who inspired the guests with ideas about care innovation. The beautiful weather made it possible for the entire company to bring out a toast outdoors, on the sunny patio.

A few days later no less than 500 CM employees went to Ghent to enjoy an agreeable Midsummer picnic. The party started with an impressive and powerful team building moment: a HAKA workshop. After such an intense activity all employees could rest their feet under the picnic table, in a tent on the CM grounds in Ghent. Just imagine a relaxed backyard atmosphere with good food, but a bit more special, with the “DJAR” concept: glass jars full of tasty treats that you have to shake before use.
