Organising a staff party to launch a new name and corporate identity? Piece of cake! Or is it?

Five identical events at five different locations, one per Flemish province, all taking place at the same time, that takes quite a bit of skill to pull off successfully. On top of that, we also filled in the locations identically: from decoration to the photobooth to the menu.

The five events were also connected to the central hub in Beernem via live video. This way, the different partygoers could occasionally look inside each other's homes. A fine example of technological and logistical craftsmanship. Logic meets magic times 5!
