Huntsman Family Day
Welcoming and entertaining 700 people, 250 of which children, in Far West-style? Yes siree, sounds like a Fast Forward kinda job. Rooting tooting right that Fast Forward was commissioned to organise the very first Family Day of the Belgian division of American chemical giant Huntsman.
The location was the Ferme De Bilande in Wavre, which for the occasion had been transformed into the set of a family friendly western. Line dancing, bows and arrows, tug of war, devil’s run, Dalton’s obstacle run, etc. were just a small selection of the amply filled day programme of the Huntsman Family Day. Cowboys and cowgirls also need to be fed and watered of course: the event started with a reception and sandwich lunch and when the clock struck 6 all cowboys and cowgirls were asked to form an orderly line for a mighty fine barbecue in The Barn. While a live country band kept those legs a swinging! Yi-ha!
