For North Sea Port, we organised an energetic team-building event at a place where culture and nature come together: the Verbeke Foundation.

The programme was full of variety. Colleagues competed against each other in fencing, a great way to build trust and apply newly learned techniques. They were also able to unleash their creativity and inspire each other in graffiti spraying and pottery workshops. Finally, their teamwork was tested in a group escape room with boxes full of riddles and mysteries that they had to solve in teams against the clock.

The guests were able to catch up on their new experiences during lunch or dinner at the food market. The surroundings were decorated with an extra personal touch: the Polaroid photos they took themselves throughout the day, beautiful memories of a beautiful day!

We created an atmosphere of openness, trust and respect in which the guests could work together and combine their talents. And they did! All activities went smoothly and connections were made. The employees of North Sea Port got to know each other in a different way, mission accomplished!
